This was the beginning of L7's US tour. They all looked good. Donita has a new hairdo. She bleached her hair platinum blonde and put red on the ends. Looked very cool! As for Janis, she'd put red highlights in her hair, which also looked really good! Suzi and Dee had the same hairdo's. They all brought their shots and their beers onstage, and Janis was drinking more than Donita this time. Janis made her hometown crowd scream for her. And the rest of them let us scream for them too. Then, Donita did her little "Janis Tanaka, she knows how to rocka" tune.

The show was good, but nothing compared to The Bottom of the Hill (show) in December, 1999. L7 is a small venue band because they have so much stage presence and are so involved with the crowd. Also, Slim's messed a bit with the vocals - I think they weren't loud enough.

Overall, the show was awesome. An exception was the end when someone threw a bra. Donita was throwing it back at the audience with the help of her guitar (but) unfortunately it got stuck in the tuning knobs, and some people from the audience started to pull it. Donita got really pissed, and left. They had finished playing anyways. But, it wasn't cool to see her leave like.

They had some new stuff on the shopping list. Two tank tops, one that glows in the dark and a really cool pen. And some worker's shirts. It was an all ages show, so a lot of young fans were there and not their regular groupie-group that I usually see coming to their shows.
