This is Loudith Faire pretty much as it was last updated around Sept. 2002. Exactly WHY it wasn't touched after that you'd have to ask Danise, but eventually credit cards expired, the web host didn't notify and the site was deleted. Files I thought were lost forever, recently were recovered.
(On a personal note: It's very intersteing for ME to look at this site 5 years later. The last time this site was updated was right before the very FIRST show with my new band Blare Bitch Project which happened to be at the Loudith Faire Breast Cancer Benefit. Cherie Currie was the MC, Texas Terri, Bantam, Blare Bitch Project, Butcher Holler and Peachfuzz all played. At the end of the night the bands got up and jammed on Cherry Bomb with Cherie and Sandy West on drums! Since then Blare Bitch Project went through a few member changes, put out a CD called Double Distortion Burger and ultimately broke up in 2005. Lots of shit happened EVERYWHERE and to EVERYONE since 2002, friends were made, friends were lost. Life marched on. Last year we all lost Sandy West, this year we lost Kelly Johnson. I don't know what else to say but I think we all need a little Loudith Faire again!!)
When trying to figure out what the HELL to get Danise for Xmas this year it seemed perfect. LoudithFaire.com was unavailable, so I purchased loudithfaire.net and loudithfaire.info...for a year.
So, Danise....Merry Xmas Dude!!
